The Thang:
COP in the DQ lot. Mosey west down Wilkinson to the gas station for some smoother concrete- merkins/mary… over to the Walmart block for a stripmall tour: various merkins x10 at each shop, which turned into x5 each by the end… regroup over at Westerly Hills Dr. Native American Run up Westerly to left on Cartwright Place. Faster pace point to point runs next up, 3 in total, which took us to Carlyle Dr/Heywood Ave. Nice driveway there for mary… South down Heywood for a stop at a fantastically rough lot at Greater Fellowship Church. Bearcrawl Paula Abdul’s- 2 steps forward/1 back. then 3 forward/2back… mosey back down Heywood, couple turns back to the gas station for MikeTysons, table, ChuckNorris’s… mosey back to the flags for burpees and filler. Fin.

Molekine:
YHCs first Blizzard post, wanted to see the area, had to manage TaxBreak and us regular runners. TaxBreak makes anyone look regular (slow)… Fun fact: it’s only an 18minute drive at 5am from south park to Blizzard- u should come see… call it 2.6miles on the strava and several neighborhood roads covered… Hopefully everyone saw the bust stop kid flip out when he noticed us- hilarious. He was fine… Learn something new every day: PaulaAbdul’s? ChuckNorris’s? table?
