3 laps in opposite direction and perform the following when you meet:
Round 1: 10 Derkins
Round 2: 5 burpees each
Round 3: 20 BBS

Warmup over, onto evolution #2

Head over to the MegaDeck at CMC. 11’s
10 Merkins at the top then back down for 1 burpee. Keep at it until done or when you need to leave to get back to the Flag. Top guy, Curly got to 5.

– Good to have Tommy Lee out there. He shared that he’s climbing his way back and it certainly appears to be the case. Strong work brother.
– Chimay, Site Q, isn’t shying away from putting in the work. Dude took to those stairs like a boss. He’s also Boss Stylin’ the Charlotte CC with an opinion piece. I need to find the article and see if the entry fee is lowered.
