Dredd started us off with 20 counts of ssh, block presses, mc’s, merkins, Larry Craig’s (wide arm merkins), big boy sit ups, kb swings, rpp and lpp. Then we ran to Leroy Fox with Rick on through the alley and removed planters for dips and merkins. Replaced planters and stinger said “follow me” with ruck on. Sprints around and does 12 merkins. Run to providence and up to Sharon amity for 12 more. Then run to the locksmith for 12 more merkins. Then to the hotbox. TML was taking it then Dredd said no Ice 9 go (we find out at CoT why). Ruckbellblock and we chase Ice9, ColdCuts, and TML down providence to Westbury, then to Crosby, then back to the hotbox. Sounds easy but struggling to grip my fork at breakfast. Ice9 ensures cocksys rashes for everyone with alternating sets of 10 big boy block sit-ups and simbas. TML takes us to the wall for 4 minutes or mike Tyson push-ups to donkey kicks without rest aka putting your knee on the ground. A few hand release merkins in the middle and it was pledge time and cot. Find out Ice9 had to go before TML because Dredd didn’t want to miss CoT. That’s shorecard.

For those disappointed at the lack of rye condescension (thanks slice) I’m sorry but not really. As a long time believer in the way, the truth, and the life and fairly new member of @f3nation I found some of the BB shenanigans to be confusing.
Obviously Dredd and Cindy have a long time history and friendship (i didn’t know this while they screamed at each other during that bhm but did see it during CoT at the end). I punish myself with shorecard weekly because my wife likes my arms more since I started going and sorry booty for not putting the bag back in your truck today. No matter where you post or what the “history” of the workout is, it is always possible to push a little harder (or run back for the 6) and encourage a little louder. I don’t think everyone needs a trophy, but I do think that we can’t become prideful in where we post or what we do when we get there. Paul said it best in 1 Cor. 3:4 (replace Paul and Apollos with the workout or Q of choice). So let us not boast in our sub 8 or 7 minute miles or how far we can do the asymmetric run before we have to fix our grips. I am incredibly blessed to have a wide variety of AO’s within minutes so hats off to you trailblazers that are making it happen without this luxury. I appreciate the men that have said don’t quit, don’t fall behind, and don’t put your knee down in submission during a workout. The key is that it happened at a workout I chose to be at. 1 Thess. 5:11. Hard to encourage without being in fellowship and community. Keep rocking or rucking, or running crazy fast. Whatever you do, do it for the glory of the creator to the best of your abilities while continuing to improve in each F.
