Luckily, Dredd tapped YHC as #siteQ after a few months of trolling #ShoreCard and #HardCore regularly. “SiteQ makes the rules Snoop. Spice it up as you wish..’ blurted Dredd one morning over coffee.
Three years later and #HardCore is showig some staying power. Nowhere to go except on a continuous acceleration of the #getRight
Not without many HIM putting in big efforts over the past four years would #HardCore become such a heavy heating, fast paced, strength training workout.
KBells, Rucks, SBags, Logs, CBlocks, Boulders, The #DutchLady and even resistance bands(Forge’s short lived idea) all thrown in tha mix through the weeks, months and years at #HardCore
